I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] in Madinah, and I was thoroughly impressed. The customer service was exceptional; the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I particularly appreciated the flexibility they offered by allowing me a late check-out, which made my stay even more relaxing. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah. I will definitely return on my next trip

Threes at reception was excellent and very efficient. The pool attendant was very good as well. The location is terrific and easy to get around place. Situated near the metro where you can find great food places. Definitely better than down town!

The overall stay was brilliant staff were very helpful and the dining area was good food was ok.. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would go back there to stay🥰🥰🤗❤️

I did not have time for breakfast because I was forced to leave for the airport around 05.00 am . They told me that I was entitled to have breakfast. I did not want to miss the flight to Stockholm. So I took a taxi around 05.00 am to reach the airport.

The Receptionist, shouts alot and comes across as rude. When she is talking to a guest, everyone in the lobby hears what she is saying to them as her voice is very high. The other guy was good and well mannered, offered to help each time

The reception from Nayan and Jovita was top notch 👌 they are nice staffs. The hotel facilities are clean. The house keeping team where so nice and hard working. It's a real nice place I must commend them.
